ABOUT US
Mr. Sarjoepersad Jaggernath has been farming since he was 15 years old. At the age of 20 he bought himself a tractor. With these proceeds he started with large-scale agriculture in 1985. Its successes became apparent with the founding of Jagger Rice N.V. in 1991. From one generation that knew how to do everything with bare hands, to a generation that uses modern machines and tools to bring out the best for the loyal markets.

In 2010, together with his two sons, they bought a second rice company. Jagdies Jaggernath manages Jaggernath Group of Companies, while his brother, Hemradj Jaggernath manages the second rice company. Together with his father they strive for exceptional growth, expansion and development.

We have built a strong reputation with a lot of experience. This ensures that we can be an example in the field of rice production and export.
